thanks for replies - seems NSP is an entry level qualification with three levels approx to NC level 1,2,3. Linked is ALL (Accreditation for Life and Living scheme) which is a pre-entry level scheme with levels similar to the P levels. ALL seems quite similar to ASDAN transition challenge and towards independence. Both NSP and ALL seem to be used at KS4 and post-16. Aside from the differnt levels of some qualifications (as described above) there seems to be a variety of different qualifications/schemes that cover the same areas for each level , thus what decides which one a school uses? geographical area? david --- david fettes <davidfettes3 at yahoo.co.uk> wrote: > hi does anyone know anything about this?
